常见的教师培训耗费人力物力,教师们陷在“被培训”的压抑中。快乐培训是一种通过精心设置课程、设计活动,让参与者既学有所获,又提升幸福指数,主动寻求发展的培训模式。培训前的需求调研,能够激发学习愿望。通过和谐班集体的构建,让学员成为好伙伴,成为管理的主角。要建立激励机制,提高培训效率,要立足于解决问题精心安排课程,促使学员主动发展。
Common teacher training consumes manpower and resources, teachers are trapped in “being trained” repression. Happy training is a kind of training mode that through carefully setting courses and designing activities, allowing participants to learn what they have learned while improving their happiness index and actively seeking development. Pre-training needs research, can stimulate learning desire. Through the construction of a harmonious class collective, students become good partners and become the protagonists of management. To establish an incentive mechanism to improve training efficiency, we must carefully arrange courses based on problem solving so as to promote the initiative of students.
