谈到中国传统文化一定绕不过饮食文化,中国传统文化对外传播中饮食文化占有着非常重要的地位。新疆是一个充满异域风情和异域文化的地区,随着经济的发展,新疆民族文化对外传播取得了很好的成效,其独具特色的饮食文化也吸引着各方来客。向国际推广新疆的饮食文化,准确食品名称翻译是非常重要的。对新疆食品名称英译现状进行分析,提出对食品错误英译的解决策略,能够为新疆饮食文化的传播起到促进作用。
Speaking of traditional Chinese culture must be around but not food culture, Chinese traditional culture, the spread of food culture occupies a very important position. Xinjiang is a region full of exotic culture and exotic culture. With the development of economy, the ethnic culture of Xinjiang has achieved good results in its overseas communication. The article analyzes the status quo of English translation of food names in Xinjiang and puts forward a solution strategy of English translation of food mistakes, which can promote the spread of food culture in Xinjiang.
