本文介绍了以多元统计分析中的判别分析理论为基础的航空喷气发动机的故障诊断方法。重点讨论了应用 Baves 判别方法建立发动机故障诊断模型的有关问题。文中讨论了与故障样本、诊断模型和模型检验有关的问题。文中还给出了应用基于判别分析的发动机故障诊断方法对 JT9D 发动机进行建模和诊断的结果。结果表明:基于判别分析的发动机故障诊断方法是可行的和有效的,并已显示出良好的工程应用前景。
This paper introduces the fault diagnosis method of jet engine based on the theory of discriminant analysis in multivariate statistical analysis. This paper focuses on the application of Baves method to establish the fault diagnosis model of the engine. The paper discusses the problems associated with fault samples, diagnostic models and model tests. The paper also gives the result of modeling and diagnosis of JT9D engine based on discriminant analysis based engine fault diagnosis method. The results show that the method of engine fault diagnosis based on discriminant analysis is feasible and effective, and has shown good prospect of engineering application.
