用显微网格数字图系处理方法,测量了韧性材料平面应力条件下互型单边裂纹尖端附近的应变场。实验结果表明:在裂尖两侧存在与裂纹方向夹角约为50°的大变形带。最大应变位于离裂尖一定距离的大变形带上,随着载荷增加,最大应变的位置逐渐靠近裂纹尖端。应变峰值轨迹线在裂纹顶端是放射状,载荷增加时,应变峰值的轨迹线位置并不改变。
The strain field in the vicinity of the tip of the mutual unilateral crack was measured under the condition of planar stress of the ductile material by using the digital grid processing method of the microscopic grid. The experimental results show that there exists a large deformation zone on both sides of the crack tip with an angle of about 50 ° to the crack direction. The maximum strain is located on a large deformation zone a certain distance from the crack tip. As the load increases, the location of the maximum strain gradually approaches the crack tip. Strain peak trajectory at the crack tip is radial, the load increases, the strain peak position of the trajectory does not change.
