目的:了解白藜芦醇诱导大鼠鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2 Z凋亡过程中半胱天冬酶-6(caspase-6)的活化情况。方法:采用实时PCR检测caspase-6 mRNA表达的改变,比色法测定caspase-6活性的变化。结果:采用不同浓度的白藜芦醇(0μmol/L、30μmol/L、60μmol/L、120μmol/L、240μmol/L)处理小鼠鼻咽癌细胞24h,caspase-6 mRNA的表达呈浓度依赖性的增加(P<0.01);caspase-6活性呈浓度和时间依赖性的升高(P<0.01)。结论:白藜芦醇诱导小鼠鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z凋亡过程中存在caspaso-6的活化。
Objective: To investigate the activation of caspase-6 during resveratrol-induced CNE-2Z apoptosis in rat nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods: The changes of caspase-6 mRNA expression were detected by real-time PCR. The changes of caspase-6 activity were measured by colorimetric assay. Results: The expression of caspase-6 mRNA was down-regulated in a dose-dependent manner in mouse nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells treated with different concentrations of resveratrol (0μmol / L, 30μmol / L, 60μmol / L, 120μmol / L, 240μmol / L) (P <0.01). The activity of caspase-6 was increased in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner (P <0.01). Conclusion: Resveratrol induces the activation of caspase-6 during the apoptosis of CNE-2Z cells in mice.
