间充质干细胞是一种来源广泛的具有多向分化潜能的细胞,其中来自于脐带华通胶的间充质干细胞即脐带间充质干细胞(human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells,hUC-MSCs),由于hUC-MSCs具有易获得、潜能性广、易扩增、免疫原性低、伦理争议小等优点,是干细胞治疗中一种具有优势的选择。有研究证实其具有抗肿瘤特性,但也有部分研究得出相矛盾的结果,hUC-MSCs对肿瘤的作用机制仍有待于进一步研究。本文就hUC-MSCs的优势、免疫特性、肿瘤作用机制及其安全性的研究进展作一综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a wide range of cells with multi-directional differentiation potential. Among them, umbilical cordate derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) Because hUC-MSCs have the advantages of easy access, wide potential, easy expansion, low immunogenicity and small ethical controversy, hUC-MSCs are an advantageous choice in stem cell therapy. Some studies have confirmed its anti-tumor properties, but some studies have reached conflicting results, hUC-MSCs mechanism of action remains to be further studied. This review summarizes the advances of hUC-MSCs in terms of their advantages, immunological properties, tumor mechanisms and their safety.
