目的探讨测量CT图像中肿瘤强化区面积对评价肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合索拉非尼治疗的价值。方法选取肝癌患者28例,分为A组12例,B组16例。两组均给予TACE治疗,A组在TACE治疗基础上再口服索拉非尼。用Photoshop软件在CT图像上测量肿瘤的最大径、强化区和无强化区面积。比较两组肿瘤强化区和无强化区面积。结果 Photoshop软件可以测量CT图像中强化的“存活肿瘤”组织、无强化的坏死液化组织和致密的碘化油蓄积。第2次TACE治疗后随访时,A组强化区面积小于B组[(24.0±29.1)cm2vs.(43.6±28.4)cm2,P<0.05]。结论Photoshop软件可以测量CT图像中肿瘤强化区,可用于评价肝癌TACE和靶向药物治疗的效果。
Objective To investigate the value of measuring the area of tumor enhancement area in CT images in the evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma with chemoembolization (TACE) and sorafenib. Methods Totally 28 patients with liver cancer were divided into group A (12 cases) and group B (16 cases). Both groups were given TACE treatment, and group A received sorafenib on the basis of TACE treatment. The maximum diameter of the tumor, the area of enhancement and the area of no enhancement were measured on a CT image using Photoshop software. Comparison of two groups of tumor enhancement area and no enhancement area. Results Photoshop software measures enhanced “viable tumor” tissue in CT images without enhanced necrotic liquefaction and dense iodinated oil accumulation. At the second follow-up after TACE treatment, the area of enhancement area in group A was smaller than that in group B [(24.0 ± 29.1) cm2 vs (43.6 ± 28.4) cm2, P <0.05]. Conclusion Photoshop software can measure the tumor enhancement area in CT images and can be used to evaluate the effect of TACE and targeted drug therapy on liver cancer.
