通过透射电镜和选区电子衍射观察和鉴别了在538℃应力时效过程中,ZG15Cr2Mol钢中碳化物的形貌与类型,并对其组织稳定性进行了评价,为主汽阀的安全服役提供了依据。
The morphology and type of carbides in ZG15Cr2Mol steel were observed and identified by transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction in the process of stress aging at 538 ℃, and the stability of the carbides was evaluated, which provided the basis for the safe service of the main steam valve .
