以公格营子煤矿为研究对象,通过单轴抗压强度试验对胶结充填体压缩特性进行研究,系统分析了白灰、粉煤灰、水泥、矸石不同配比方案,得出胶结充填体试块压缩特性和抗压强度随养护龄期的影响规律。试验结果表明:相同条件下,胶结充填材料强度与白灰掺量、粉煤灰掺量、料浆质量浓度和养护龄期成正比关系。通过单因素方差分析和显著性检验分析28 d充填料浆的抗压强度试验结果,得知质量浓度对充填体抗压强度的影响相对较大。公格营子煤矿现场充填体材料配比能够满足在开采过程中和开采后充填体对上覆岩层的整体性和长期稳定性的要求,能够指导类似煤矿后续的开采。
Taking Gongqiganyizi coal mine as the research object, the compression characteristics of cemented filling body were studied by uniaxial compressive strength test. Different proportioning schemes of lime, fly ash, cement and waste rock were systematically analyzed. Compressive properties and compressive strength with curing age of the law. The test results show that under the same conditions, the strength of cemented filling material is directly proportional to the content of lime, the content of fly ash, the mass concentration of slurry and the curing age. The uniaxial variance analysis and significance test were used to analyze the compressive strength test results of the 28 d filler slurry. The results showed that the mass concentration had a relatively greater influence on the compressive strength of the filling body. The matching of the filling materials in the site of Gonggeyingzi Coal Mine can meet the requirements of integrity and long-term stability of the overburden on the overburden during mining and after mining, and can guide the subsequent mining of similar coal mines.
