对一维硅纳米线测量了用不同波长激光激发的Raman光谱,发现了Raman光谱特征随入射光波长改变的“反常”现象.基于量子限制效应通过分析样品的晶体结构和Raman光谱的变化特征认为这一“反常”现象是Raman光谱的共振选择效应的反映.
The Raman spectra of one-dimensional silicon nanowires excited by different wavelength laser were measured and the “anomalous” phenomenon of Raman spectral characteristics changing with the wavelength of incident light was found out. Based on the quantum confinement effect, this “anomaly” phenomenon is considered as a reflection of the resonance selective effect of the Raman spectrum by analyzing the crystal structure and Raman spectrum of the sample.
