目的:探讨武汉地区中药人力资源利用情况,为各级行政部门提供政策依据。方法:收集整理16所医疗机构2003-2008年统计资料,利用统计学方法进行分类分层统计处理。结果:中药人员总量低于西药人员(χ2=24.236,P<0.01);中药人员副高职称以上大大低于中级职称以下人员数(χ2=115.152,P<0.01);专科以下的中药人员明显多于本科以上高学历人员(χ2=5.567,P<0.05);45岁以下年轻中药技术人员与45岁以上中老年技术人员比较没有明显差异(χ2=0.135,P>0.05)。结论:优化与合理配置中医药人力资源,对于推进公立医院改革,提升综合服务功能,充分发挥中医药特色优势至关重要。
Objective: To explore the utilization of human resources in traditional Chinese medicine in Wuhan and to provide policy basis for administrative departments at all levels. Methods: The statistical data of 16 medical institutions from 2003 to 2008 were collected and classified by statistical methods. Results: The total number of Chinese medicine practitioners was lower than that of Western medicine practitioners (χ2 = 24.236, P <0.01). The Chinese medicine professors had significantly lower height titles than those with intermediate titles (χ2 = 115.152, P <0.01) (Χ2 = 5.567, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in young Chinese medicine technicians under 45 years old and middle-aged and older technicians over 45 years old (χ2 = 0.135, P> 0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing and rationalizing the human resources of Chinese medicine is very important for promoting the reform of public hospitals, enhancing the integrated services and giving full play to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.
