本文根据2D碳/碳复合材料的结构特征及CVI工艺的特点建立了孔隙模型和动力学模型, 并利用该模型对其CVI过程进行了模拟与分析。模拟结果与实验结果的对比表明该数学模型是合理的。
Based on the structural characteristics of 2D carbon / carbon composites and the characteristics of CVI process, the pore model and kinetic model are established and the CVI process is simulated and analyzed by this model. The comparison between simulation results and experimental results shows that the mathematical model is reasonable.
