本实验对异丙基肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌坏死进行了动态病理形态学观察,并应有“多功能图象处理系统”对心肌坏死面积进行定量测量。结果提示了复制大鼠心肌坏死模型的最佳时间以及异丙基肾上腺素对肝、肾组织的影响。
In this experiment, the pathomorphology of myocardial ischemic necrosis induced by isoproterenol in rats was observed. A multi-functional image processing system was used to quantitatively measure myocardial necrosis. The results suggest that the best time to replicate rat myocardial necrosis model and the effect of isoproterenol on liver and kidney tissue.
