目的探讨放射性白内障的眼血流动力学变化及其在放射性白内障病理改变机制中的作用。方法应用彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)技术,对比观测18例放射性白内障和36例正常人眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的血流速度及阻力指数(RI)。结果放射性白内障患者的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉收缩期(Vs)、舒张末期(Vd)血流速度减低,阻力指数上升。结论放射性白内障患者眼动脉及视网膜中央动脉的血供不足可能是导致放射性白内障的原因之一,眼球的CDFI检测可为临床诊疗提供可靠的信息。
Objective To investigate the ocular hemodynamic changes in radiation cataract and its role in the pathological changes of radiation cataract. Methods The color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) technique was used to compare the blood flow velocity and resistance index (RI) between 18 cases of cataract and 36 cases of normal human eye artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA). Results The ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery systolic (Vs) and end-diastolic (Vd) blood flow velocity decreased and the resistance index increased in patients with radiation cataract. Conclusion The inadequate blood supply of the ophthalmic artery and the central retinal artery in patients with radiation cataract may be one of the causes of radiation cataract. CDFI of the eyeball may provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
