本研究应用多变量分析判断:①束支阻滞与临床引起发作两者之间的关系;②在首次急性 Q 波前间隔心肌梗塞住院病人死亡率中束支阻滞的作用。病例和方法连续观察131例首发急性 Q 波前间隔梗塞病例,在胸痛开始48h 内住入冠心病监护病房,除4例(入院后几小时内死亡)外全部插入Swan-Ganz 导管,在入院当时有束支阻滞的18例或完全性房室传导阻滞的2例未包括在此项研究中。
In this study, multivariate analysis was used to determine the relationship between bundle branch block and clinically-induced seizures and the role of bundle branch block in in-hospital mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction after the first acute wavefront Q wave. Cases and Methods A total of 131 consecutive first-episode Q waves of pre-infarcted infarcts were observed in consecutive patients. The patients were admitted to the coronary care unit within 48 hours after the start of chest pain. All patients were admitted to the Swan-Ganz catheter except 4 patients (within a few hours after admission) Eighteen patients with bundle branch block or two cases of complete atrioventricular block were not included in this study.
