树突状细胞(DC)是重要的抗原提呈细胞,专门负责抗原捕获、加工并提呈给下游T淋巴细胞从而诱导免疫应答或者免疫耐受。维持DC亚群在体内的动态平衡是保证机体免疫系统正常运转的基础。无论机体处于炎症或静息状态,粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)对DC亚群发育、分布、功能及维持DC亚群动态平衡均具有重要的调控作用。本文主要综述了GM-CSF对DC亚群发育与功能的调控作用。阐明DC发育与功能的调控机制,有助于开发新的基于DC的免疫治疗方案。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are important antigen-presenting cells that are specifically responsible for antigen capture, processing and presentation to downstream T-lymphocytes to induce an immune response or immune tolerance. Maintaining the dynamic balance of the DC subpopulation in the body is the basis for ensuring the normal functioning of the immune system. GM-CSF plays an important regulatory role in the development, distribution and function of DC subsets and the maintenance of homeostasis of DC subsets, regardless of whether the body is in an inflammatory or resting state. This review summarizes the regulatory effect of GM-CSF on DC subpopulation development and function. To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of DC development and function, it is helpful to develop new DC-based immunotherapy programs.
