目的了解四平社区2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者的尿酸水平,探讨高尿酸血症在2型糖尿病患者防治中的重要性,为进一步做好社区糖尿病慢性病防治工作提供可靠的依据。方法随机选择确诊的2型糖尿病患者551名,根据《2013年版中国2型糖尿病防治指南》分为(TG≥1.5mmol/L)、(HDL-C<1.04mmol/L)、(LDL-C≥2.6)、血脂正常组。回顾分析各组的尿酸水平对于糖尿病患者脂代谢异常的影响,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果高的低密度脂蛋白血症组尿酸水平明显升高,与血脂正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组与血脂正常组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病患者血尿酸与糖代谢无相关性,2型糖尿病合并有高LDL-C患者与血尿酸水平明显相关,血尿酸参与了其脂代谢的调节,高尿酸血症是2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化性大血管病变的一个独立危险因素。
Objective To understand the level of uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia in Siping community and to explore the importance of hyperuricemia in prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and provide a reliable basis for further prevention and control of community diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 551 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected and divided into three groups according to the Guideline for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China in 2013 (TG≥1.5mmol / L), HDL-C <1.04mmol / L, (LDL-C≥ 2.6), normal blood lipids group. The effects of uric acid levels in each group on the abnormal lipid metabolism in diabetic patients were retrospectively analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The level of uric acid in high-density-low-density-lipoproteinemia group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the other groups and normal group. Conclusion There is no correlation between serum uric acid and glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Type 2 diabetic patients with high LDL-C are significantly associated with serum uric acid levels, and serum uric acid is involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism.
