目的:目前对于坐-站-坐过程并无很好的定量评价方法,本研究目的是评价姿势图参数在临床应用中的可靠性。方法:研究纳入了74名健康成年人,在平衡系统上分别进行坐位、站立位和坐-站-坐转移运动各20 s。运动结束后由系统自动计算出姿势图参数。测试分两次进行,第1次测试后的第7天进行第2次测试。结果:在坐位和站立位评定中,所评估的参数的组内相关系数都在0.5以上,具有较好的重测信度。在坐-站-坐之站立相评定中,所有参数的ICC都在0.4以上,具有较好的重测信度;在坐-站-坐之坐位相评定中,所有参数的ICC都在0.6以上,具有较好的重测信度。结论:坐-站-坐运动姿势图评价是一种新的评定方式,在正常人群中有较好的可重复性,能动态评价坐站转移过程中的姿势控制能力,之后需在患者群体中应用,以带来更好的功能评定和疗效评价。
OBJECTIVE: At present, there is no good quantitative evaluation method for sitting-standing-sitting process. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the reliability of posture parameter in clinical application. METHODS: Totally 74 healthy adults were enrolled in this study. They were respectively sitting, standing and sitting-standing-sitting for 20 seconds on a balanced system. After the end of the movement, the system automatically calculates the pose parameter. The test was conducted in two separate runs, with the second test performed on the seventh day after the first test. Results: The correlation coefficients of the evaluated parameters were all above 0.5 in the evaluation of sitting position and standing position, with good retest reliability. The ICC of all the parameters is above 0.4 in the sitting-standing-sitting standing phase assessment, and the ICC of all the parameters is above 0.6 in sitting-standing-sitting sitting phase assessment , With good retest reliability. Conclusion: The sit-and-sit-sit posture evaluation is a new evaluation method with good repeatability in the normal population. It can dynamically evaluate the posture control ability during the sit-in transfer, and then need to be in the patient group Application to bring better functional assessment and efficacy evaluation.
