中国国土经济学研究会于6月17日在北京举办“全国中小城市生态环境建设研讨会”。河北省邯郸县县长赵浩军在会上介绍了该县开展水林生态环境建设,推动社会经济与人口资源环境协调发展的经验和体会。来自国土资源部、建设部、水利部、国家环保总局、国家林业局有关部门的负责人和清华大学、北京建设大学的专家学者,以及部分省市中小城市的领导就我国中小城市生态环境面临的严峻形势、如何在可持续发展思想指导下加快我国中小城市生态环境建设等问题,从理论与实践两个方面进行了探讨。现将部分同志的发言摘要刊登如下:
China Land Economics Seminar was held on June 17 in Beijing “National Small and Medium-sized Cities Ecological Environment Construction Seminar.” At the meeting, Zhao Haowun, the county governor of Handan County of Hebei Province, introduced the experience and experience of the county in carrying out the construction of the ecological environment of water and forest and promoting the coordinated development of the social economy and the population, resources and environment.
