硒中硅的测定,国内一般采用粉末光谱分析法,应用化学分析方法测定硒中微量硅的报导不多,目前测定微量硅的方法还是以钼蓝比色法较灵敏。钼蓝比色法的灵敏度一般可以达到0.05ppm,Lowis trudell和Boltz提出用间接紫外分光光度测定。微量硅还原成钼蓝后用乙醚-正戌醇萃取比色测定,可提高灵敏度,测定可达0.02ppm。文献介绍在1N硫酸介质中用正丁醇萃取硅钼杂多酸,用硫酸联胺-二氯化锡
