最近几年我国在线旅游业迅速发展,2015年8月,首次系统提出积极开展“互联网+旅游”推动在线旅游平台企业的发展状大,为了适应旅游行业发展,旅游管理专业学生需要关注在线旅游行业发展态势。本研究对佛山职业技术学院旅游管理专业2008-2014级学生连续7年的调查问卷进行分析,调查结果表明,学生对在线旅游概念认知比较简单,对行业关键术语不太了解,运用网络进行旅游信息查询已经比较普遍,但对于在线旅游网站认知大多数也只是处于浏览阶段,真正体验在线旅游产品较少,对旅游政务网站浏览、访问率不高,在线旅游实践网络开店的活动非常少。针对调查结果建议学校开设在线旅游相关课程要包括设计在线旅游体验教学模块,加强学生感性认识,设计在线旅游客户分析模块,让学生思考如何为客户提供优质服务,设计在线旅游企业运营模式分析模块,让学生思考在线旅游创业机会,设计旅游行业大数据应用模块,让学生思考如何开展精准营销。

According to the survey results, it is suggested that the online courses offered by schools should include designing online travel experience teaching modules, enhancing students’ perceptual knowledge, designing online travel customer analysis modules, allowing students to think about how to provide quality services to customers, designing online travel business model analysis modules, Let students think online travel business opportunities, the design of tourism industry big data application module, so that students think about how to carry out precision marketing.
