汽车重量参数(轴重及总重)限值的研究,不仅是公路部门的重要课题,也是公路运输及汽车制造部门共同关注的技术决策之一. 确定我国合理的汽车轴重及总重限值,是为了促进并协调汽车工业、汽车运输业与公路建设的发展.因此,在研究汽车合理轴重及总重限值时,必须把汽车工业——公路运输业——公路网设施作为一个有机系统,应依据它们的现状及今后发展规划进行技术经济分析及科学论证,从而订出我国汽车重量参数的限值.
