医院人事档案是医院管理的重要组成部分,通过不断加强人事档案管理,确保在人才兴院战略中充分发挥重要作用。在分析医院档案管理现状及存在的问题基础上,就如何加强医院人事档案管理展开讨论提出对策。
Hospital personnel files are an important part of hospital management. By continuously improving the management of personnel files, it is imperative to fully play an important role in the strategy of promoting hospital personnel. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of hospital archives management, this paper discusses how to strengthen the management of hospital personnel archives and puts forward countermeasures.
