当归芍药散首载《金匮要略·妇人妊娠脉证并治第二十》,原文日:“妇人怀娠,腹中疬痛,当归芍药散主之。“全方由当归、芍药、川芎、茯苓,泽泻,白术组成。原方多用于治疗孕妇脾气虚弱,肝气不调形成的肝脾不和的腹痛。笔者以本方加味并改散剂为煎剂,用于治疗急生膀胱炎,膀胱结石取得较满意疗效。现举验案两例,以求正于同道。 例1:周某,女,33岁,干部。于1997年8月13日因尿急,尿频,尿灼痛,排尿终末时小腹痛1d就
