政府机关传统管理模式的转型是社会发展过程中不可避免的问题之一,因此政府机关需逐步优化人力资源管理模式,从而提升政府机关工作人员的工作效率,推动社会的稳固发展。本文分析了政府机关在人力资源管理中遇到的问题并提出了优化策略。
The transformation of the government administration’s traditional management mode is one of the inevitable problems in the social development process. Therefore, the government agencies need to gradually optimize the human resources management mode so as to enhance the working efficiency of government agencies and promote the steady development of the society. This article analyzes the government agencies in the human resources management problems encountered and proposed optimization strategy.
