随着世界经济全球化时代的到来,以科技、资本、信息和人才为主要内容的各国经济间的竞争日趋激烈。目前,人力资源管理已经成为当代企业发展必不可少的关键环节,合理的人力资源管理能够为企业带来巨大的回报,经济效益的大小是评定企业管理成果的主要标准,人力资源是一切生产资源中最重要的因素,因此,企业经济效益与人力资源开发管理之间的关系,相辅相成,相得益彰。如果不能从理论上剖析人力资源管理的内涵,就会降低管理实践的科学性,就会影响人力资源的合理开发和使用,最后直接导致企业效益的减少。企业人力资源管理就是通过对企事业单位内部的人力资源实施有效的开发和利用,改善企事业单位的氛围,提高经济效益。本文就此提出了一些自己的观点,以期对同行提供一定的参考价值。
