基于金属离子铝在pH 4.60 HAc-NaAc介质中,能与甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星(Tosufloxacin Tosylate,TFLX)形成稳定的络合物,且使甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的荧光显著增敏,建立了测定金属离子铝的新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=420nm。在1.4×10-8—5.6×10-6mol/L范围内铝离子的浓度与ΔF呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.80×10-9mol/L,回收率在97.5%—101.2%之间,本法灵敏度较高,选择性好,结果令人满意。
Based on the fact that metallic aluminum ions form a stable complex with Tosufloxacin Tosylate (TFLX) in pH 4.60 HAc-NaAc medium, the fluorescence of tosufloxacin tosylate is significantly enhanced, A new method for determination of metal ion aluminum was established. The maximum excitation wavelength λex = 365nm, the maximum emission wavelength λem = 420nm. The concentration of aluminum ion in the range of 1.4 × 10-8-5.6 × 10-6mol / L showed a good linear relationship with ΔF with the detection limit of 8.80 × 10-9mol / L and the recovery of 97.5% -101.2% This method has high sensitivity, good selectivity and satisfactory results.
