银的多元络合物显色反应的研究已有报导。本文研究了银-5-Br-PADAP-三乙醇胺-十二烷基硫酸钠多元络合物体系的显色反应。研究表明,多元络合体系最佳显色酸度为PH_4.5——6.5,λ_(max)=565nm,ε=6.0×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。络合物组成比为Ag:5-Br-PADAP=1:3。在25ml溶液中,银量在0—20μg内符合比尔定律。方法简单而快速,稳定性好,灵敏度选择性较高,用于废水中银的测定,结果满意。实验部分 1.试剂与仪器:银标准溶液,用纯银制备1mgAg/ml.用此溶液配制各种浓度的工作
Studies on the color reaction of silver complex complexes have been reported. In this paper, the color reaction of silver-5-Br-PADAP-triethanolamine-sodium lauryl sulfate complex system was studied. The results showed that the best color - developing acidity of the complex system was pH 4.5-6.5, λ max = 565nm and ε 6.0 × 10-4l · mol -1 cm -1. Complex composition ratio of Ag: 5-Br-PADAP = 1: 3. Beer’s law is obeyed in 25 ml of solution with a silver content of 0-20 μg. The method is simple and rapid, the stability is good, the selectivity of the sensitivity is high, and the method is applied to the determination of silver in wastewater with satisfactory results.
