针对目前三元复合体系中聚合物浓度较低而影响波及体积扩大及推高驱油剂成本的实际,利用油藏工程理论和借助物理模拟、仪器分析方法,对高浓度三元复合驱段塞增油效果的影响因素进行了剖析,同时对三元复合驱浓度和用量的技术经济效益进行了评价。结果表明:高浓度三元复合体系界面张力愈低,洗油效果愈好,采收率增幅愈大,但不同数量级界面张力对采收率影响较小;三元复合驱段塞黏度和尺寸愈大,扩大波及体积效果愈好,采收率增幅愈大,但采收率增幅差值逐渐减小。在药剂费用相同条件下,“聚合物前置段塞+主段塞+副段塞+聚合物保护段塞”组合的采收率增幅较大。从技术经济效益方面考虑,推荐三元复合体系聚合物浓度范围为2 000~2 500 mg/L,段塞尺寸为0.380~0.475 PV。对于非均质比较严重的油藏,与驱油剂洗油作用相比较,该体系扩大波及体积作用较明显,对采收率的贡献率也较大。

Under the same cost of medicine, the recovery rate of polymer front slug + main slug + secondary slug + polymer protective slug increased significantly. In terms of technical and economic benefits, it is recommended that the concentration of the polymer in the ternary complex system range from 2 000 to 2 500 mg / L and the plug size should be 0.380 to 0.475 PV. For the more heterogeneous reservoirs, compared with the oil scavenger oil scrubbing effect, the system has more obvious effect of spreading volume and also has a greater contribution to oil recovery.
