目的:观察补肾填精方对Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆模型大鼠行为学及病理学影响。方法:84只SD大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,补肾填精方小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组,双益平组。采用大鼠双侧海马CA1区注射Aβ1-40复制老年性痴呆模型。造模24h后开始连续给药3周。Morris水迷宫法测试大鼠学习记忆能力,透射射电镜观察大鼠海马CA1区神经元、突触的变化。结果:补肾填精方可改善大鼠的学习记忆能力、改善海马CA1区神经元结构、减少突触的丧失。结论:补肾填精方能改善Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆模型大鼠行为学及脑组织的病理损害。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Recipe on the behavior and pathology of Alzheimer’s disease model rats induced by Aβ1-40. Methods: Eighty - four SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, small dose of Bushen Recipe, middle dose group, high dose group and Shuang Yi Ping group. Alzheimer’s disease model was induced by bilateral injection of Aβ1-40 into hippocampal CA1 area of rats. 24h after modeling began continuous administration for 3 weeks. Morris water maze test was used to evaluate the learning and memory abilities of rats. The changes of neurons and synapses in the hippocampus CA1 area were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: Bushen Tianjing Recipe could improve the learning and memory ability, improve the structure of neurons in CA1 area of hippocampus and reduce the loss of synapse. Conclusion: Bushen Tianjing Recipe can improve the behavioral and pathological damage of Alzheimer’s disease model rats induced by Aβ1-40.
