1961年修改6-10千伏架空线路木电杆及钢筋砼电杆标准设计时,我們曾对绝緣子形式进行了调查。在大部分6-10千伏电力线路上按标准设计采用针式绝缘子或z-4·5型悬式绝缘子。小部分线路上也出现了各种绝缘子组合方式,如两片z-3型悬式绝缘子、两片蝴蝶型绝缘子、悬式绝缘子加蝴蝶型绝缘子、悬式绝缘子加拉紧绝缘子、拉紧绝缘子加蝴蝶型绝缘子等組合方式。由于绝缘子类型其组合方式可千变万化。釆用各类绝缘子的原因不外是: 1.满足当地供电部门的特殊要求。如有的电业局要求在承力杆塔上将悬式绝缘子与蝴蝶型绝缘子組合在一起使用; 2.在雷害较多、高海拔、空气污秽的地
