为了更好地发展建材工业,我们一定要坚决贯彻以调整为中心的八字方针,通盘安排好各项工作,调动各方面的积极性,努力完成建材工业的调整任务,在调整中积极发展。立足现有企业,抓好基本建设,调整内部结构,稳步改革体制,积极发展生产,提高经济效果。要千方百计把生产搞上去,面向十亿人民,为国民经济建设和城乡人民住房建设提供更多更好的建筑材料和非金属矿产品。为了实现建材工业在调整时期的上述要求,应当着重抓好以下十二项工作。
In order to better develop the building materials industry, we must resolutely implement the eight-character guideline centering on adjustment, arrange all tasks well, mobilize the enthusiasm of all sectors, work hard to complete the adjustment tasks of the building materials industry, and actively develop during the adjustment. Based on existing enterprises, we must do a good job in basic construction, adjust internal structure, steadily reform the system, actively develop production, and improve economic efficiency. We must do everything possible to increase production, face a billion people, and provide more and better construction materials and non-metallic mineral products for the construction of the national economy and the construction of the people’s housing for the urban and rural areas. In order to realize the above requirements of the building materials industry during the adjustment period, the following 12 tasks should be focused on.
