本文着重对弱智儿童与弓形虫感染的关系作一分析。 一、对象 自1988~1990年3月取自本校附属新 华医院神经儿内科门诊或住院患儿,年龄在2岁~12岁,共189例,其中99例弱智儿童的母亲进行了血清学的普查(IHA,IFA-IgG,IFA-IgM)。 二、实验结果 189例各种神经发育延迟或障碍的儿童,血清抗体阳性为46例,阳性率为24.3%,IHA阳性滴度在1:80~1:160范围,其中63例智力低下儿童弓形虫抗体阳性率为23.3%,不明原因的癫痛抗体阳性率为32%,脑瘫阳性率为35%,运动障碍者阳性率为33%,发育落后为20%,肌肉抽搐者为
