赏识教育专家周弘说过:“没有种不好的庄稼,只有不会种庄稼的农民;没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的老师”。小学数学教学有一个非常突出的问题,那就是:教师教得很辛苦,学生学得很痛苦,可学生并没有得到应有的发展。这是课程改革必须面对的一个问题。因此,在全面实施课程改革,推进素质教育的今天,探索小学数学教学的有效策略,就显得十分迫切与必要。我结合自己的学习和实践谈几点粗浅的看法:
Zhou Hong, an expert in appreciating education, said: “There is no kind of poor crops, only peasants who can not grow crops. There are no poor teachers who can not teach.” Primary school mathematics teaching has a very prominent problem, that is: teachers teach very hard, students learn very painful, but students did not get due development. This is a problem the curriculum reform must face. Therefore, in the full implementation of curriculum reform, promote quality education today, to explore effective strategies for primary school mathematics teaching, it is very urgent and necessary. I combined my own learning and practice to talk a few superficial views:
