心电向量对慢性肺源性心脏病的诊断有较高的敏感性和临床价值。本文分析了50例肺心病人的半面积向量与44例同年龄组的健康人心电向量作对照。对半面积向量在肺心病中的诊断意义进行探讨。一般资料本组50例肺心病人和44例健康人。50例肺心病人中,心功能不全者41例。全组采用上海医用电子仪器厂生产的XX-2型心电向量仪,以Frank体系进行了心电向量图摄影,并用放大格测出F及H面QRS环总面积,计算半面积向量方位。
ECG vector for the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease have a higher sensitivity and clinical value. In this paper, we analyzed the half-area vector of 50 cases of pulmonary heart disease and 44 cases of healthy people in the same age group ECG as a control. The diagnostic significance of half area vector in pulmonary heart disease was discussed. General Information The group of 50 cases of pulmonary heart disease and 44 healthy people. Among 50 cases of pulmonary heart disease, 41 cases had cardiac insufficiency. The whole group adopts the XX-2 type electrocardiography instrument manufactured by Shanghai Medical Electronic Instrument Factory to carry out the electrocardiogram vector photography with the Frank system. The total area of the QRS rings of the F and H planes is measured by the magnified grid to calculate the half area vector azimuth.
