针对当前园艺专业高层次应用型刨新人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析，提出培养园艺专业高层次应用型刨新人才应以市场需要为导向，明确培养目标，注重实践教学，引进优质师资，从而构建能够满足行业发展需求的、富有园艺产业特色的园艺专业高层次应用型刨新人才的1培养模式。
