课堂观察常用的有ST分析方法和“四何”问题分析法。既促进学生发展又促进教师自我成长的教学才是有效的教学。本文基于课堂观察方法,从提高学生课堂参与度和问题设计两个方面,提出了增加课堂有效性的策略。
Classroom observation commonly used ST analysis method and “four ” problem analysis. Teaching that promotes both student development and teacher self-growth is effective teaching. Based on the method of classroom observation, this paper proposes strategies to increase the effectiveness of the classroom from the aspects of improving students’ classroom participation and problem design.
