三十八年前,他紧随着中华人民共和国诞生的礼炮,来到了这个世界,父亲为纪念这具有特殊意义的日子,为儿子取名周纪元。周纪元的小学、中学是在哈尔滨的重点学校就读的。高质量的教学,严格的家庭教育,使他跻身于优秀生的行列。报上登过他的诗歌,杂志上介绍过他的小发明,秀丽的松花江每天都要接受他的畅游。高中毕业后,他被哈尔滨某航空学校录取。然而“文革”的来临,他受到父亲牵连,专业课还没学到就被抛到绥化县(今绥化市)一个地方企业,他的航空梦被动乱年代搅碎了。后来他又来到这个县省属水利工程五处,一来就是近二十年。
