肇源县水利职工学校创办于一九八四年五月。县水利局党委为提高水利职工的文化素质,决定对所属八个基层单位青壮年职工,进行分期分批的初中文化补课。办学两年来,已有一百八十二名职工分四期相继结业。一九八五年又办起职工高中班,对已具有初中文化的职工开创深造条件。同时为水利系统待业青年办起了一个职业技术高中班,实行先培训、后就业。在办学中,我们有四点体会。(一)加强管理,力求正规。从建校伊始,就切实加强经营管理。一抓规章制度的建立,严密教
