36Mn2V管坯钢常用于生产石油管钢,这种材质的石油套管是石油钻探用重要器材,属裂纹敏感性钢种,容易出现表面裂纹现象。通过对轧材表面裂纹缺陷部位进行金相组织观察、扫描电镜分析,发现裂纹附近组织存在明显的脱碳现象及夹杂物和氧化物圆点,并且裂纹末端存在多条铁素体条带,结果表明连铸坯本身存在的质量缺陷是36Mn2V圆钢产生表面裂纹的主要原因。
36Mn2V tube steel commonly used in the production of steel pipe, the material of the oil casing is an important oil drilling equipment, is a crack-sensitive steel, prone to surface cracking phenomenon. Through the microstructure observation and scanning electron microscopy analysis of the cracked surface defects, it is found that there are obvious decarburization and inclusions and oxide dots in the vicinity of the crack, and there are many ferrite strips at the crack end. As a result, It shows that the quality defects of the slab itself is the main reason for the surface cracks of 36Mn2V round bar.
