作为一位公共卫生单位的领导或管理工作人员,在公共卫生管理工作中,无论对干大事或小事,最后都要做出决定,这就是决策。若想做出正确的决策,必须按着科学的决策程序和使用科学的决策方法。本文通过实例介绍对于风险型决策最常用的一种方法——决策树法。决策树这个词是因为图形象树枝而得名。决策是描述决策过程的一种图形,即利用树形的分支和修剪法寻求最优方案,它把决策的不同方案和可能产生的几种不同自然状态画成树
As a leader or manager of a public health unit, in the management of public health, whether or not to make a major or minor decision, it is ultimately necessary to make a decision. This is the decision. If you want to make the right decisions, you must follow scientific decision-making procedures and use scientific decision-making methods. This article introduces the decision tree method, the most common method for risk-based decision making. The word “decision tree” is named after the image’s branches. Decision-making is a graphic depicting the decision-making process. It uses the tree-like branching and pruning method to find the optimal solution. It draws the different solutions of the decision and the possible different natural states into a tree.
