泌尿系结核并发膀胱阑尾瘘甚为罕见,我院收治一例现报告如下: 患者徐×× 女性 26岁住院号A3614号,因尿频、排尿痛、间歇性肉眼血尿4年,头晕、恶心,经肛门排水样便一年六个月于80年9月10日入院。一年前曾以泌尿系结核、挛缩膀胱、尿毒症在外院做左肾造瘘手术,此时无阑尾炎病史,可以从尿道排尿。术后一个月时高烧,体温38～39.0℃,尿道无尿排出,尿液与大便相混从肛门排出。每日排水样便5～7次,无粪块。以泌尿系结核、膀胱肠瘘收入我院。 体检:血压110/70mmHg脉搏80次/分体温38.0℃
