目的:建立托盘根药材中蔷薇酸的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,蒸发光散射检测器。色谱柱:Vision HT C_(18)HL柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:35℃;流动相:甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸(66∶34),流速:0.8 ml·min~(-1);ELSD条件:漂移管温度:90℃,载气流速:2.3 L·min~(-1)。结果:蔷薇酸进样量在0.155~4.346μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.88%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于托盘根药材中蔷薇酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of rosigotacin in the root of Chinese medicine. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography and evaporative light scattering detector were used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (66:34), the flow rate was 0.8 ml · min ~ (-1); ELSD conditions: drift tube temperature: 90 ° C, carrier gas flow rate: 2.3 L · min -1. Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) for the injection volume of hyaluronic acid in the range of 0.155-4.446 μg with an average recovery of 100.4% and RSD = 1.88% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of rosiglitazone in the root medicine of trays.
