为实现民机结构超手册修理方案的快速制定与强度评估,提出了一种金属补片有限元模型的参数化建模方法。该方法使用MSC.PATRAN中的PCL语言建立结构局部细节有限元模型,并从飞机结构整体模型中提取出补片区域的载荷与边界条件,作为局部细节模型的分析边界条件,计算出紧固件的载荷,进而实现对补片强度的评估。算例中给出了两种快速修理方案,并得到了铆钉的剪切载荷分布,可为现场维修提供参考和选择。
In order to realize the rapid development and strength assessment of the civil aircraft structure super manual repair program, a parametric modeling method for the finite element model of metal patch is proposed.
