我处于1987年4月对15台加热炉进行了检测,发现其中的13台炉顶部耐热混凝土圈梁内侧有不同程度的损坏,严重的已被顶部辐射管弯头压碎,弯头已经悬空。有个别的炉子,并排的6个弯头下部的圈梁破碎、塌陷,甚至在承重台阶处成蜂窝状,骨料外露,钢筋也看到……。以上这种状况已对整个炉顶的支撑结构形成威胁。为此,我们就圈梁的施工质量和炉顶结构问题提出如下的改进意见。
In April 1987, I conducted tests on 15 furnaces and found that 13 of the furnace top heat-resistant concrete ring beams were damaged to varying degrees on the inside and were severely crushed by the elbow of the top radiating pipe. The elbow was vacant . There are individual stoves, the ring beams of the lower part of the six elbows arranged side by side are crushed, collapsed, and even honeycombed at the load-bearing steps. The aggregates are exposed and the reinforcing bars also see .... This has posed a threat to the supporting structure of the entire roof. For this reason, we propose the following improvements on the construction quality of the ring beam and the roof structure.
