目的探讨口腔科牙椅(综合治疗台)储水瓶的消毒方法,并监测消毒效果。方法对我院使用中的口腔科牙椅随机抽取6台作为实验组,6台作为对照组。实验组的储水瓶及水道在每天下午班后用0.5%含氯消毒剂消毒,两组在每天下午下班前以无菌手续,抽取储水瓶剩余水样,送检验科用R2A琼脂培养皿作细菌培养,37℃卵育7 d后计数菌落,连续20个工作日。结果对照组储水瓶的水样菌落数均显著大于200 cfu/mL,而实验组储水瓶的水样菌落数均少于160 cfu/mL,未检出致病菌。结论每天用0.5%含氯消毒剂消毒储水瓶,并使储水瓶干燥过夜,可以有效减少储水瓶细菌的数量。
Objective To investigate the disinfection method of stomatology dental chair (integrated treatment table) and to monitor the disinfection effect. Methods Six dentistry dental chairs in our hospital were randomly selected as the experimental group and six as the control group. In the experimental group, the water bottles and watercourses were disinfected with 0.5% chlorine disinfectant every afternoon after class, and the two groups were aseptically removed before taking off every afternoon. The remaining water samples of the water bottles were collected and sent to the laboratory for testing with R2A agar plates Cultivation, 37 ℃ egg breeding 7 d after counting colonies, continuous 20 working days. Results The number of water samples in the control group was significantly higher than 200 cfu / mL, while the number of water samples in the test group was less than 160 cfu / mL. No pathogens were detected. Conclusion Disinfecting the water bottle with a 0.5% chlorine disinfectant daily and allowing the water bottle to dry overnight can effectively reduce the number of bacteria in the water bottle.
