采用Sep PakC18 硅胶、硅胶及氧化铝三种固相萃取和液 液萃取对云南红豆杉浸膏中的紫杉醇进行了初分离 ,其中以氧化铝固相萃取分离紫杉醇的效果最好 ,可使紫杉醇含量从 0 6 5 %提高到 10 %左右。获取的紫杉醇粗品再经反相层析纯化精制 ,紫杉醇的含量可进一步提高到了 95 %以上 ,紫杉醇的总回收率达 96%。建立了一条简捷、高效的紫杉醇提纯路线
Separation of paclitaxel from Yunnan Taxus extracts using Sep PakC18 silica gel, silica gel and alumina solid-phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction. The extraction of paclitaxel by solid-phase extraction with alumina was the best, and paclitaxel content could be obtained. From 0 65% to about 10%. The crude paclitaxel obtained was purified by reversed-phase chromatography and the content of paclitaxel was further increased to above 95%. The total recovery of paclitaxel was 96%. Established a simple and efficient taxol purification route
