本文研究用氢化大豆磷脂制备的双氯灭痛缓释片中药物的释放,通过检测服用双氯灭痛缓释片或常规片后尿中药物的排泄量,探讨双氯灭痛在人体的吸收情况。材料和方法: 双氯灭痛和氢化大豆磷脂两者粒度均小于74μm。双氯灭痛常规片(25 mg/片)为市售品。取4g双氯灭痛和16 g氢化大豆磷脂混匀,加入乙醇后减压抽干,得固体物碾碎,收集149~350μm粒度的药粉制备缓释片,片重251.2±2.4 mg,直径8mm,厚度3mm,含量52.3±1.1 mg/片。双氯灭痛缓释片和常规片的体外溶出试
