烟台与韩国相邻,是山东省内韩企最聚集城市,随着中韩FTA的签署,烟台加快推进中韩产业园的建设,据此,烟台地区对韩语人才的需求预期良好。然而现实却是“韩语专业毕业生难以找到理想的工作”与“用人单位找不到合适人才”矛盾现象。针对这种情况,对烟台地区的部分用人单位和韩语专业在校生进行调研,发现烟台地区韩语人才的供需矛盾并找出其原因,据此对当前在校大学生提出建设性建议。
Yantai is adjacent to South Korea and is the most concentrated city for Korean enterprises in Shandong Province. With the signing of FTA between China and South Korea, Yantai accelerated the construction of China-South Korea Industrial Park, and Yantai’s demand for Korean-language talent is expected to be good. However, the reality is that “Korean graduates find it hard to find the ideal job” and “the employer can not find the right person” and the “contradictory phenomenon.” In view of this situation, some of the employers in Yantai and Korean students surveyed found that the contradiction between supply and demand of Korean talents in Yantai and find out the reasons, and thus make constructive suggestions to current college students.
