采用大鼠十二指肠结扎加闭袢内胆汁注射法制备急性胰腺炎模型,运用生化、光镜、电镜技术检测前列腺素E1(PGE1)的作用,结果显示.大鼠尾静脉注射国产PGE118-54mg/kg能明显降低急性胰腺炎大鼠淀粉酶(AMY-S)、乳酸脱氢酶(LD),并显著减轻胰腺病理改变.提高大鼠生存率(P<005,P<0.01)。提示PGE1对大鼠急性胰腺炎具有明显治疗作用。
A rat model of acute pancreatitis was established by intradural ligation of rat duodenum and injection of bilirubin into rats. The effects of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) by biochemistry, light microscopy and electron microscopy were examined. The rat tail vein intravenous injection of PGE118-54mg / kg can significantly reduce the amylase (AMY-S), lactate dehydrogenase (LD), and significantly reduce the pathological changes of the pancreas in rats with acute pancreatitis.
